It applies <strong>only<\/strong> to participants of the current competition (\u201cthe Competition\u201d). By participating, you acknowledge and accept these additional terms alongside our main Terms &amp; Conditions and Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Eligibility &amp; Entries<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1.1. The Competition is open to all individuals unless otherwise restricted by law.<br>1.2. Entries must be submitted before <strong>10 October 2025<\/strong>. No late entries will be accepted.<br>1.3. The winner will be announced on <strong>13 October 2025<\/strong> on the official Dr O\u2019Callaghan Dental Care website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Prize Conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>2.1. The prize is <strong>non-transferable<\/strong> and may not be exchanged for cash or any alternative.<br>2.2. The prize must be used\/redeemed within <strong>5 months<\/strong> of notification.<br>2.3. In the case of dental checkup prizes, these are redeemable <strong>only by the named participant<\/strong> and cannot be transferred to another person (including parents or guardians).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Underage Participants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>3.1. If the participant is under <strong>18 years of age<\/strong>, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent.<br>3.2. The parent or guardian consents to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The child\u2019s <strong>name and artwork<\/strong> being published on <a href=\"https:\/\/drhenryocal.co.za\/af\/\">drhenryocal.co.za<\/a> for a minimum of <strong>10 business days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The prize (if won) being applicable <strong>only to the child<\/strong>, not the parent or guardian.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Marketing Use of Artwork<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>4.1. By submitting artwork, participants (or their parent\/guardian if under 18) grant Dr O\u2019Callaghan Dental Care a <strong>non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license<\/strong> to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute the artwork for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.2. This includes but is not limited to use on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The practice website,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social media channels,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Printed or digital advertising material.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>4.3. Such use may result in <strong>monetary or commercial gain<\/strong> for the Practice. Participants acknowledge and agree that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>No compensation, reference, acknowledgment, or notice<\/strong> will be provided for such use, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rights to the artwork remain with the participant, but the Practice has the right to use it as outlined above.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Communications &amp; Newsletter Subscription<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>5.1. By entering, participants consent to receiving communications about the Competition.<br>5.2. Participants also consent to being subscribed to <strong>Dr O\u2019Callaghan Dental Care\u2019s newsletter<\/strong>. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in each communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Privacy &amp; Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>6.1. Personal information (such as names, ages, and contact details) collected during the Competition will be used for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Managing entries and judging,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Announcing the winner,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marketing communications (where consented).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>6.2. All processing of personal information complies with the <strong>Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)<\/strong>. See our full Privacy Policy for details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. General<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>7.1. The Practice reserves the right to amend or cancel the Competition at its discretion.<br>7.2.
